CrownMicro Xavier X-1.5KW-PF1 PV-2500 12V Solar Inverter – Overview

The CrownMicro Xavier X-1.5KW-PF1 (PV-2500) is a single-phase 12V hybrid solar inverter engineered for dependable residential backup, small shops, study desks, and micro-business applications in Bangladesh. Operating at unity power factor (), it delivers 1,500W pure sine wave AC output with a peak surge of 2,400VA. Equipped with a built-in 80A MPPT solar charge controller supporting high-voltage PV arrays up to 400VDC, this inverter features battery-free operation capability, seamless 10 ms UPS handover, and full compatibility with both 12V Lithium-ion and tubular lead-acid batteries.

Key Benefits

True 1,500W Continuous Output (): Unlike conventional 0.8 PF inverters that drop usable capacity, it delivers a full 1,500W of pure sine wave power (1,200W in pure battery-only mode) with a 2,400VA surge tolerance to start ceiling fans, desktop PCs, and entertainment setups.
Runs With or Without Battery: Saves upfront investment costs by powering daytime loads directly using solar panels and grid AC. You can add a 12V battery later for nighttime load-shedding backup.
High-Voltage 400VDC Dual-Window MPPT: A wide 30–400VDC MPPT window allows series connection of large commercial solar panels (300W–600W+), enabling earlier morning start-up and superior low-light energy harvesting.
UPS-Grade 10 ms Transfer Switch: Automatically switches between grid, solar, and battery within 10 ms, preventing desktop PCs, Wi-Fi routers, and security cameras from restarting during blackouts.
Selectable AC Input Windows: Customizable grid input range (170–280 VAC for sensitive personal computers or 90–280 VAC wide band for fluctuating rural home lines) protects appliances from unstable brownouts.
Comprehensive 80A Multi-Source Charging: Delivers up to 80A charging current from solar and up to 80A from AC mains, replenishing depleted 12V battery banks quickly between load-shedding intervals.
Compact & Lightweight Chassis: Weighing only 6.6 kg in a slim 90 mm wall-hung profile, it mounts neatly on home or office walls without occupying floor space.
